Ingredients:

Gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, xanthan), sugar, MILK, margarine (rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier ((E475)), colours ((E100, E160b, flavourings)), EGG, yeast, salt. Strawberry Jam: (glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, pectin, citric acid, acidity regulator ((sodium citrate)).

Shelf Life:

This product handmade and cooked fresh to order, it is best enjoyed on the day of delivery. You are able to freeze on day of delivery for up to one month, simply defrost completely and microwave for 10 to 20 seconds to warm through.

Yes! Everything we produce is 100% gluten free, we produce everything in a gluten free kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination.
