Ingredients:

Gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, raising agents ((mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate)), xanthan), sugar, EGGS, dairy free margarine (rapeseed and palm oils, water, salt, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours: curcumin, annatto, flavourings. 

Strawberry Jam: sugar, strawberries, water, pectin, citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrate

Allergens: Egg

Free from: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy


Shelf Life:

This product handmade and baked fresh to order can be kept for up to five days in an air tight container. You are able to freeze on day of delivery for up to 2 months, simply defrost naturally and enjoy! You are also able to slice before freezing to split into individual portions.
