15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky Fruit Cake

A age old classic, our rich fruit cake is made with lots of fruit which has been soaked in whisky. A 6 inch round cake that can serve up to 6.

Fruit: Sultanas, Dates, Glace Cherries (Cherries, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Fruit & Vegetable Concentrates: Carrot, Cherry, Apple, Radish, Sweet Potato, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid) Raisins, dairy free margarine (rapeseed and palm oils, water, salt, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours: curcumin, annatto, flavourings, Sugar, EGG, Gluten and wheat free flour rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, raising agent: mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan, Spices, Whisky, Rum Flavour (Mono-propylene glycol, Flavourings), orange oil, salt
