Gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, raising agents ((mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate)), xanthan), sugar, EGGS, dairy free margarine (rapeseed and palm oils, water, salt, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours: curcumin, annatto, flavourings.

Raspberry Jam: (glucose-fructose syrup, raspberries, pectin, citric acid, acidity regulator ((sodium citrate)), raspberry concentrate.

Lemon Curd: Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice From Concentrate (8%) (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Margarine (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Palm Stearin), Maize Starch, Dried EGG, Acid: Citric Acid; Gelling Agent: Pectin; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate; Lemon Oil, Colours: Beta-Carotene, Lutein.

Shelf Life:

This product handmade and baked fresh to order can be kept for up to five days in an air tight container. You are able to freeze on day of delivery for up to 1 month, simply defrost naturally and enjoy! You are also able to slice before freezing to split into individual portions.

Are the cakes dairy free or suitable for vegans?

They are dairy free but not vegan.

Can I freeze the cakes to save them for later?

Yes, for up to one month.

Yes! Everything we produce is 100% gluten free, we produce everything in a gluten free kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination.
