Gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, raising agents ((mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate)), xanthan), sugar, EGGS, dairy free margarine (rapeseed and palm oils, water, salt, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, red colour (Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129) colours: annatto, flavourings, water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural colours (beetroot, paprika, anthocyanin, curcumin, spirulina) acacia gum

Shelf Life:

This product handmade and baked fresh to order can be kept for up to five days in an air tight container. You are able to freeze on day of delivery for up to 2 months, simply defrost naturally and enjoy! You are also able to slice before freezing to split into individual portions.

Yes! Everything we produce is 100% gluten free, we produce everything in a gluten free kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination.
