Pastry: gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, xanthan) pork lard, water, EGG, salt

Filling: Premium British pork, smoked gammon, herbs and spices

Jelly: Pork gelatine, yeast extract, water, salt

Glaze: EGG

This product handmade and baked fresh to order, it is best enjoyed on the day of delivery and will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge.
