A vegan friendly sausage roll, made with lentils, mushrooms, walnuts and onions!

Made and delivered fresh to order. Our protein rolls are made up just for you. They will keep for up to three days in the fridge. Please see shelf life below for more information.

Ingredients:

Pastry: gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, raising agent ((mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate)), xanthan), water, dairy free margarine (rapeseed and palm oils, water, salt, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours: curcumin, annatto, flavourings

Filling: Lentils, mushrooms, onion, walnuts, linseed, mustard, yeast extract, garlic, lemon, herbs, chilli powder, salt, pepper

Glaze: rice, water

Shelf Life:

This product handmade and made fresh to order and will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. You are able to freeze on day of delivery for up to two months, simply allow to thaw naturally then pop in a preheated over at 180 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes. Always check food is piping hot before serving.
